Our Airjet cleaning machine ensures thorough cleaning of individual bottles in an inverted position using a series of precisely calibrated jets. The process begins as bottles are loaded onto the incoming conveyor, which moves them over the washing zone. The bottles are then conveyed through a Bottle holding slat conveyor, precisely indexing their movement.
In the in-feed inverter, the bottles are inverted, positioning their necks downward. In this neck-down position, they enter the cleaning zone, where a series of highly pressurized airjets blow compressed air into the bottles. Simultaneously, the vacuum system sucks out all dirt and dust from the bottles, effectively cleaning and purifying them. The dirt and dust are collected in a dust collection bag situated in the vacuum cleaner.
As the bottles pass through the cleaning zone, they undergo a thorough and precise cleaning process. Upon exiting the process, the outfeed inverter repositions the bottles, ensuring they face upward again.
